REASONED PROPOSAL

Reasoned proposal is often required when submitting documents for issuance of design visa. It comprises a drawing that indicates the investment intentions and specifies the exact location of the planned construction, the existing buildings and distances to the boundaries of the property.

For its elaboration the client should provide a sketch of the property and information on where and what s/he wishes to be constructed.
