Project for a luxurious single-family residential building in extra-urban environment, with extensive yard area.
The functional organization of the premises is divided into two levels. On the ground floor there are representative spaces – a spacious living room, a kitchen and a dining area, a spa area, and in the adjoining exterior – covered veranda, a barbecue and a recreation area with an outdoor pool.
On the second level, passing through a representative ladder and an empore, you reach the main bedroom with a closet and children’s rooms.
The exterior appearance of the building at the foot of Vitosha Mountain has the idea to reveal a modern reading of the roof planes, passing smoothly in facade with the playing of materials from roof shingles, suspended façade cladding and colored exterior plaster.The façade realizes the inside-out connection, conveying the sense of spaciousness, light and comfort of living.
