Project for reconstruction of an existing single-family, one-storey residential building with under-roof attic space into a two-storey one, with visible roof structure. The idea to preserve and develop further the authentic appearance of the building prevails. The changes affect both the exterior and interior spaces. The internal arrangement on the first level is completely restructured, which necessitates further strengthening of the existing structureIt includes living room with dining room, hall, bedroom and bathroom. A staircase leads to the guest floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The functional organization is compact and ensures all the necessary conveniences to the occupants.
